Annie Elizabeth Marsh
≈ age: 20 ≈ birthday: June 3, 1988 ≈ occupation: actress ≈ hometown: Lakewood, Washington ≈ is an only child but was not spoiled as a child. Her mother started to get sick when Annie was still young and so her father had to look after both of them. ≈ started acting in commercials for Gerber baby food and Huggies diapers. When she was still an infant, a modeling agent came by their house and her parents took the man up on his offers of fame. ≈ moved to Hollywood soon after her first job because it was easier that way. ≈ her mother was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer, a disease that is quite common in the women of her family, when Annie was around the age of four. After a few depressing years of fighting the cancer, her mother died when Annie was seven. ≈ never really grieved her mother's death because she was never really certain what it meant and just continued acting in sitcoms and made for TV movies, always playing "the cute little girl." ≈ however, she made a vow that the second her own breasts tried to kill her, they were coming off. ≈ got into her first real movie as the voice for an ant named Dot in A Bug's Life. ≈ in 2002, when she was fourteen, she was diagnosed with stage IIA breast cancer. Luckily, because they caught it at such an early stage, they were able to save her from her mother's fate. ≈ does have silicone breasts, but doesn't make a big deal of it. It's just a part of who she is and what happened to her, what she survived. She has a tattoo of a vine along the scar on one breast and in the center of other, a small stargazer lily. ≈ in 2005, she did another made for TV movie. From there, she took on the role of Ally Palmer in Mr. Gribb (The Good Student). ≈ couldn't turn down the role of Claire on the TV show, "Heroes". Yes, the script was confusing but she loved it too much. She has become good friends with whole cast of the show and loves all of them. ≈ her father recently, going through a midlife crisis, got remarried to a girl who is young enough to be Annie's older sister. She can't stand her, but says nothing because she wants her father to be happy. ≈ became very physically fit after the cancer had left her body, running early every morning and eating as healthy as possible. She doesn't force her lifestyle on anyone, however. ≈ is obviously a big advocate in the finding a cure for cancer, doing walks every time she can.
